"gaska-cinch" base gasket?

I am doing a rebuild on my 440 ex. I am going to leave off the base gasket to the cylinder to gain compression. Gaska-cinch was the sealant that I was going to use. Has there been anyone that has tried this before. What else works good?:ermm:

You can use either hondabond or yamabond.Both sold at their respective dealers, There both the same just different names.

You could also get a thin head gasket and a thin base gasket from C&D. It will boost your compression just as much, and still have a base gasket.:D

i run honda bond along with 2 of my other buddies and we haven't had a problem yet. i would just make sure what ever you use isn't broken down by oil.
