400ex torque and timing question

what torque should the gead bolts be at?

and whare should the gear notch be at when its on TDC?

if anyone has a manuel that can scan the page or offer me any advice please let me know

head bolts=33ft. pounds
flywheel timing mark should be on the T, and the cam sprocket marks should be lined up even with the head and the one mark by the bolt should face up. make sure the cam lobes are facing down when you put the cam in.
