wow ever since me and the ol'lady broke it off ive been getting heavier and heavier.i now weigh 500lbs
j/k i weigh 180 lbs and im 6'0
i mean im not fat just getting heavy.i think i may be drinking to much beer.mmmm beer.i llove my beer
im really disgusted in myself cause after i eat i see a little gut pokin out and thats not good
i guess i need to do more riding and less drinking.i just hope i stop gaining pretty soon
lets see ive gained 25lbs in two and a half mos.

I dont gain weight....ever.....i eat soooooo much to, i never stop eating....and dont gain a pound!! its kinda nice!
only weight i gain is muscle weight from working out!

i've gained 12lbs since i came to college...


since i don't run, lift, ride, or walk in teh woods every day like i use 2 and now sit on my arse and do nothing i'm gainin weight like crazy... i hate it!!!! i really need to start workin out again...


my 6 pac is not startin to be a keg:p

Man i wish I gained .... I can eat 100 times a day ( big meals also) and I don't gain a damn thing . I'll gain if I work out , because of muscle mass but that just takes too much time ;) . Anyone know of any suppluments to help put weight on ?? Whey Protein , Creatine ?? Anything??

Middle-age creeping up on you. When I came to work for the company I'm with now, I had a 33 inch waist. I know this because I had to buy a new wardrobe, business casual. I had to tell myself "Let's not deny it. You're not a 32 waist anymore, you're a 33"

A few years later, I'm out-growing my 38 waist jeans. I don't know if I'm psycologically ready to admit that I'm a 40 waist. Maybe I should start exercising. I can't bench-press my own weight anymore. :(

I blame my kids for draining the life out of me. I have no energy to exercise like I should. Though I still have a fairly athletic build. Just have to suck the gut in a little harder after large meals! :D

i am 6 feet tall and weight 185 and i dont have a gut so just start lifing and running and u wont be chubby

OH MAN BELIEVE ME I CAN EAT!!!
i only started gaining a few mos. ago but let me tell you i could out eat anyone i know any day of the week and still be hungry
ive been known to eat a large pizza by myself or 2 footlong subs
and then dessert
i guess its because im 30 y.o. now
i used to be really skinny and everyone told me that if i turn sideways and stick out my tongue that i looked like a zipper!!

I have to use my lunch hour to go to the gym during the week - otherwise I have NO time to work out like I should.......so....doing that helps me keep the "secretary spread" at bay!! LOL!! Plus - riding on weekends is the BEST workout.......if I don't watch EVERYTHING I eat....I will get to be a fattie quickly!

I fully support the "other" type of secretary spread. I had a smoking-hot secretary, and it took me forever to get her to "open up".

Hey Quad18star, Creatine will add weight but most of it is just water that instead of just going through your body its placed in your muscles so you can workout harder. If your lookin for more significant gains go with the high protein stuff 100% whey or egg they work good. I prefer my creatine since i never could get the powder to taste any good. The only way your really gonna gain a lot though is by using that and the most part is have a good weekly workout regimen.

lol,i'm right there with ya! the 7 months of celebration after my divorce of partying at the clubs and bars every night caught up with me. i'm not fat anywhere except for my gut. it is funny when i wear a tight shirt because i look like 20 lbs of bologna(baloney) crammed into a 10 lb sack:o

and to the younguns... you just wait. we all have been there, eat whatever we want when we were young, never gain a pound. It will catch up with ya later. ;) Happened about mid twenties for me... went up to 200 pounds... which is ok for 6'2"... not 5'8"... :eek2: Had to change my diet, lost 40 pounds. The clincher for me was when I was crawling on top of my ex, and I saw fear in her eyes! :eek2: figured I better do something... :p

and to all you young fellas...i used to say ill never gain weight and everyone used to tell me well wait till you get older and i used to laugh at them and say oh ok im sure that will happen.
then i hit 30 and i was all done.so enjoy it while you can cause it wont last long...trust me

that is sooo true....
For men AND women, 30 seems to be the turning point for many for ther metabolisms to start to slow WAY down.
I think mine just shut off altogether....:o lol

hey wilkin, if you are a 33" and you take your 32's and cut one little slit in the side of them right under the belt, you're still a 32" :D

and if then you turn into a 34" you just take your 32's and cut a little slit in either side and then you're still a 32" :cool:

beyond that i can't help ya, other than just give up and give all your old 32's to your wife/girlfriend. i'm up to a 36" now so thats what i had to do. i'm on the verge right now at 6' and #200. i won't let myself get over 200 lbs. work sucks if i didn't spend all my time here i'd be able to go to a gym.

I don't go by wastesize, cause im a wide built guy. Even if I was skinny as a rail, I'd still be a 36 waist at least. Best way to loose weight is eat no fats, and eat lots of fiber, while taking 100% creatine. I take 100% creatine, and it really helps develop muscle. Now, insted of only do 7 or 8 reps while lifting something, I'll do 10-15, and be ready for more. It really helps to hydrate you. and for you guys that work, theres always sometime to scheduale in gym time, early in the morning, or after work....

I've gain bout that much since comin 2 college 2....Like u said instead of doin r normal things at home were sittin on r assses....i know back home i rode my bike probably 2 miles at least every night just pissin around..and at home if i would get bored i would lift a little or do sumthin worth while.....Now i go to classes eat..sleep...and piss around on ps2 or computer Oh well next summer i'll lose it again...just 2 gain it again next year haha

i work 5, 10hr days and have a 2.5hr one way commute each day :mad: so no time for the gym. fortunatley i'm getting laid off in August so i don't have to do it much longer.

creatine does work, or at least it did for me when i took it in high school. i went from 180lbs up to 200 or 210 in about 2-3 months and it was all muscle no fat. i'm not sure that stuff is too good for your kidneys or liver if you take it a lot though. i don't eat a lot of protein anyway so i wasn't that worried about it.
