How much HP will i get out of my stock 400ex if i put in a Sparks Racing "Drop-In" camshaft? its the 1 for $169

the power curve will probably raise to higher rpms. the gain won't be huge with every other internal stock

He answered your question right there. But with your 445, it should add a little power, basically all it does is change when your powerband kicks in pretty much. Get a nice carb, port and polish it and a full exhaust and you should see a huge improvement.

i will sell you a stage 1 hotcam for half that. i would't go too aggressive on a stock pistoned bike.
