i was wondering when u put the hrc cam in your engine if it makes the top end more noisy because i heard of people using web cams and hotcams and they say it makes the top end a litle rattly. How does the hrc cam compare in noise to the rest of the bunch? thanks for the help!!

I think any extra noise from a cam swap would be do to out of adjustment valves. I put the HRC cam in mine and didn't notice a difference in noise.

The HRC kit may make just a little more noise than factory cam due to bigger clearance on valve adjustment due to higher lift cam. Should not make much difference if adjusted properly.

there both good, the hrc is a whole kit so you get a little more then just the cam. the hrc cam is a little more aggressive then the hot cam.which will make it work better with higher compression pistons. my bike runs better with the hrc air box lid on then w/o the lid at all. i say go with the HRC its made by Honda for a Honda, you cant go wrong with that.

i think if your going to get a exaust in the future, you should get the stage II cam...you can get it for about 130...that way you dont waste money on the rest of the kit that you probably wont use..
