questions on 400ex troubles......

I have a 400ex that the rings were going out so i went of got a 440 kit and stuff for it and i am going to re paint the fraim but i am having trouble getting the swing arm bolt outi have tried many things to get it out but nothing so far has worked. i need some sort of a idea from someone?

440 big bore kit, stage 2 hotcam, alba rev limiter, k&n filters, houser +2 a arms, stainless steel brake lines, lonestar axle, holeshot xcr tires, itp rims,

spray lots of penetrating oil (wd40, silicon spray, etc) and then get a screw drive and big hammer and go at it. Or else, if you have access to air tools, an air hammer might come into play.

i tried to break it loose by turning it but that didn't do very much so then i went and put the nut on it and tried to hit it that way but i didn't have to much luck with that. but i will try to soke it down again and use a air hammer and maybe a impace to try to turn it....

that is one of the problems with a 400 the bolt rusts in place. The trick is to hit it really hard. brute force is the only way:devil:
ones you get it out sand the rust off and gease it good. You sould do this every couple of months.
