Did I buy to much tire...

I have a 04 450r with the mods im my sig. I had it dynoed the other day and it came to 45.84 hp & 32.83 ftp of trq. I just purchased 220x10x10 straight paddle roosters. They have 8 paddles is that to much tire for the bike or will it be able to turn them ok. Thanks

I think 20's might be a little better for the 450r, I went hillclimbing with a set of 22's on my 450r and the gearing was off a little bit. I've got the hrc kit with a 13t front sprocket.

I run 21X12X8 8-paddle extremes and they work great. Have 13/39 gearing which I've found works best for me. I've seen alot of 450R's with 10 paddles, so 8 should be good.

you will be absolutly fine with the tires you purchased.

I have 8 paddle extreme haulers, with stock gearing and let me tell you once I got to know my machine better, I can pull the sickest holeshot you ever seen!!!!

Put it this way, my buddy has a yfz with cams, pipe, 470 kit intake the whole shabang and off the line I can biuld a sand castle around him. I can't beat him at the end though :( but the holeshot is almost always mine for the taking!!!!!
