I have it at 5 and 6 and can not get it to start just re bulit any help would be nice its a 416 Tc porting stock carb and fcr39mm stock and tc rev box sparks x-6 pipe 12-1 piston n ive checked timing and all its at top dead center new battery looking for some help any would be a very big help to me

try .10mm on intake and .12mm on exhaust
these are stock settings but try it and see if it starts and you can tighten them a little more if its too noisy but dont go too tight. i dont know if what you set them at is .005 and .006 in. or mm. if its inchs then thats about what it should be, if its milimeters then they are too tight.

are you getting strong spark?
gas to the cylinder?
recheck to make sure you connected all the wires in the right place and that they are tight.

these are the setting for the TC MX grind, but i don't know about his 926 grind.

TC 926 grind .005 intake .006 exhaust.Only came I ever used in both of my 400's.
