New 450R Black Or Red?

I will be purchasing a new 450R in the next few months and really like the look of the black plastic. Has anyone who owns the black plastic find that it shows scratches or wears quicker than the red?

dude, i got the black and yes, it scratches. the only way its not gonna get scratched is if you dont ride it. common sense will tell you that it will show scratches more but armorall or something equivalant will reduce the appearance. in my opinion, the black looks alot better than red. everyone has a red honda, why not be different you know. but i am thinking about getting white or blue plastics in the future.

everyone has a red honda as of right now, but give it time and you will see that the black is like bellybuttons and *******s.
get whatever one you want, they both will scratch the same, my red 450r is pretty scuffed up and scratched up. like jersey said, get some armorall or something and spray it down if you are really that big on appearance.
