Jetting with 416 and Hotcam st. 2?

I have yet to install my Ross 416 kit and my hotcams stage 2 but when I do what kind of jetting should I use around sea level. Keep in mind that I have a dyno jet kit stage two. So what clip level and what size jet could get me in the ball park? I know that only my quad will know the exact right size but a start would be nice. Thanks alot, and I appreciate the help. Almost forgot it's a 03 400ex.

Thats exactly what i did to mine, i live in kansas and was running a 165 main jet without the engine kit and it was about perfect. Once i did the work, i went up to a 170 main jet and right now its running just about perfect. I'd say to go up a couple of main jet sizes and see how it runs.
