figured id put oil in her this morning and i noticed when i turn my gas on or on reserve gas just pour out the overflow constanlty,and when u put ur finger over it, it flood the motor,
then my neutral light wont work and when its in neutral i have to hold in the clutch to start it,like it normally does in gear

either your float is stuck open or the float needle is worn and isnt seating properly to stop the flow of gas in the carb.
check all your wiring and make sure something hasnt come unplugged or a wire isnt broke and shorting out, as far as the neutral light goes.
