400ex carb problem

I just bought a 400ex carb for my 250/350x and got to thinking about a post I saw on here a while back.

The post said something about the 400ex carb having a problem with the throtlle or maybe the choke sticking, resulting in poor performance.

Does anybody remember that post or know what the known problems with 400ex carb's are?

I tried searching for the post but could not find the one I remember.

I don't know of a problem but most people take the choke out to get more flow. :chinese:

you need to make sure the throttle is opening up all the way. if you have about 1/4 inch or a tad less slack in the throttle lever, you should be good to go
