stock 250r shock question

do stock 250r rear shocks have resevors(sp), there is a pos of a 250r that my friend wants to buy and i jumped on the back and i sprung me half a foot in the air when it came back up! there is a spot where it looks like there would be a line that would come out of the shock but there is a bolt, looks like some on just found and skrewd in there

Yes the 250r's did have stock ressyes on them. If the shock is that bad I would say it is time to replace it.

did they have remote or piggy, but how do you just take a rezzy off and shuve a bolt in there??

If I remember corectly they are remote. And I have never heard of someone putting a bolt there before. Me thinks someone doesn't know how to work on a quad properly.
