Stock carb:

440 motor, hotcams, heavy valve springs the works, sparks x-6 pipe, k&n filter ran with no airbox.

Could anyone tell me what Main, Pilot, and needle settings i should have?

I have a 440 with White Bros. cam and FMF Titanium 4 Exhaust with a powerbomb header and a TwinAir filter w/ lid off and I am running a 170 main, 40 pilot, and the needle is on the 3rd notch from the top. I'm at 312ft above sea level. What altitude are you at? Alititude plays a big part in jetting. We put bikes on our air/fuel module on the dyno and that makes it easier but find out your altitude. I would say a 160-170 main, 40-42 pilot because stock is 38, needle in the 3rd notch, and 2.5-3.0 turns out on the air/fuel screw.
