pull starter?

I have a 2004 250ex. As you know it has electric start only. I have noticed that the engine in the 250ex is damn near identical to the motor in the Honda recon utility quad. The recon has an auxillery pull starter as well as electric start. Does anyone know if I can put a pull starter on my 250ex?

I do know that the recon motor is just a detuned 250-ex engine. I dont know why it wouldn't work.:cool:
