I KNOW THIS IS A HONDA SITE BUT I HAVE A FIREND WITH A 1985 LT250R AND WHEN YOU JUMP ON IT THE CLUTCH STARTS TO SLIP. WE PUT A BRAND NEW CLUTCH IN IT WITH HD SPRINS AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME THING. WHEN WE HAD IT APART EVERYTHING LOOKED GOOD AND PUT IT BACK TOGETHER JUST LIKE THE MANUEL SAID. ANYBODY KNOW THERE CHIT OUT THERE:huh

What kind of crankcase oil is he using? The wrong type of oil will cause clutch slippage.
