MY 400 WONT RUN AFTER I PUT A PIPE ON IT.I DIDN'T JET IT , IS THIS THE PROBLEM

yup. Its too lean. What kind of pipe is it? Full system or slip-on? Please stop with the stupid posts! We'll help you if you want, just don't ack like this.
