i was told that u can use a oil cooler off of a car to cool a 400ex better i was looking into doing that i was wondering if anyone who has done this give me some tips or can show me some pics on what it lookes like.
also is ther any other ways to cool it better?

look in the maintinance forum under "oil cooler" and its got the info your lookin for.

its on the first page of the maitinance forum, its like the 3rd or 4th thread down. its says "oil cooler" in the thread starter column.

Yeah I used one off a Harley Davidson motor cycle,
A 4x10 mounted right in the air flow under the carbin fiber hood.
works great.
Type in oil cooler on e-bay.
Know what measurements ya need.
Good luck.

if the oil coller was too big would it hurt the performance of the quad?

what size is too big?
