Spokane, Wa Hare Scrambles?

Anybody know anything about this event? Have you ever raced there? How is it run? What kind of course?

I've raced the mx/sx track there and it's pretty fun I'm not to shure about the scrambles though the got some trails around there but i'm shure some will need to be on the mx track for shure because there isn't much land there it could be cool it will be very cold for shure the temparatures aren't to high in spokane this time of year
