xr400 cam

i have a cam out of a xr400, how do they compare to a stage 1&2 hotcam?and r they worth the trouble. im getting ready to install a 440 kit and was going to put the cam in while it was tore down, is it gonna be worth it?

this cam isn't really aggressive. i guess anything will be better than stock though. the type of riding you do is important too. a stage 1 and 2 are both more aggressive. the stage 1 is more suited for woods and tight track riding. the stage 2 is more for open areas/dragging. i have a stage 1 forsale if your interested.
