i started to put a pair of +2 a-arms on my 400 today..
and i got them completely on except for the tie rods.. i noticed they were the size as stock tie rods.. so i pulled and pulled and finally got the ends loose.. when i extended them all the way out they came short and made the handlebars crooked when the wheel was straight.. but the guy that had em last used these rods with these arms.. so what am i doing wrong?

If I am not mistaken you need +2 tie rods. I still have stock, but have purchased +2 A-arms and I have been told I would need + 2 tie rods, I have new Tusk ends.

Good Luck

If you order from C&D here you get a discount. On rocky mountains site when you look for tie rods you have choices from stock/+1/+2+3, etc.

Good luck
