where can i get a good axle nut for a stock 400ex axle?
all the ones i find are for aftermarket axles.

thanks thats what im gonna get.but do u need to use the stock threaded collar that buts upagainst the disk?
is this what i need

takes a while to load..... go to rear axle/drivetrain then the thing im talking about is number4. do i need...

yes you need that thing too.thats what the nut screws on to.the nut puts pressure on the metal ring on the axle and the collar pushes up against the rotor hub and holds everything tight.

damn.. i gotta order that part because it is locked on my stock nut and is impossible to get off.

have you tried putting it back on the axle and putting channel locks with a piece of pipe on the end to get it off,thats what it took to get mine off.
