Don't worry JC you don't have to worry about 46. At least the 46 we are talking about ( A class). Hope you get your quad back together I'm sure you don't want to give up 3rd place. Oh thats right you did last weekend my bad. :blah: Well if you want it back you gotta be there to take it back.

Oh yeah another b class might be back in action #32 B. Butler. And I hear 196 G. Jones might be back also.

I've got a GNCC in Indiana on Saturday, but I think if I leave Indiana by 5pm Saturday and drive at 92mph average non-stop and refueling from the bed of the truck I can make it by the first moto. I might have to have my gear on with the quad running and have my driver drop me off at the starting gate, but I should be able to make it. Can someone tell Beasley to put our moto as late as possible in the program?

D-7#61-450r
10-19-2004, 06:04 PM
Hey Andy It would be cool to see you there again but I would like to have an early moto for a change. It seems like quads have had the latest moto's for the last bunch of D-7 races. But it would be cool to see you there. Maybe some of the pro mx riders should show up and get some practice for next years national.

10-19-2004, 06:23 PM
152 I believe 46 may be there on sunday. 61 you have managed to get a good topic going for this weekend. 187 i hope you can get the bike together.105 may have a used clutch basket laying around if you can't find one let me know. Probally could have it at budds early to put in at the track. Andy that would be one heck of a drive to show up in race, but then again d-7 Aclass motocross at budds is always good and competitive.

10-20-2004, 06:17 AM
Oh, and # 61...That would of been a 1st place overall for Budds if I didn't have a slow *** ridin' 450 in front of me, casing every jump on the track :o

Well on that note I had to go out to the garage and break out the tape measure and recheck my width. Well it seems my quad is only 50" wide. Budds track is every bit of 15' wide in alot of sections. If we were at the landing I could understand not being able to pass but not at budds. I'll give you another shot this weekend to try and pass me, but remeber I might be slow but I was in front of you! :D

Oh yeah Not kidding I do believe you are back to fourth in points. 108 had to great finishes at tomahawk and I think he moved into 3rd.

On the width thing you are correct, if you can read a tape measure that is : )

On another note, I am riding a low tech, air cooled, 399cc motor......which I do believe holeshotted, and did take you for the remainder of the race in the first moto...Not by a half of a second like you had me in the second moto either..:chinese:

FYI...I have both C-Dales running now and last weekend YLW400 was able to ride one a litttle. He seemed to really be able to use the extra power it had over his stock 80's design 400. With all this talk I may have to help a Delaware boy out!!!

Well as I see it the smack stops here unless you want to be considerd a SANDBAGGER ! I have Deciced that I will not be a C class MX racer anymore. Yes thats right I hope your ears are clean #61 is going to the B class this weekend. I have nothing to gain or lose in C class.
Being that I started racing this year and my 3rd time on my new 450r coming in second in points is great. Did I mention a stock 450R.
This is the only way to get faster and not be considerd a SANDBAGGER hint hint. Also there is only one way to verify after smack talk I will be on the same gate as other competetors is B class.
So if you want a rematch Sign up for B. Oh yeah if 133 gets his 440 back he'll be in B also, which will happen.
No smack just the facts.

Second congratulations to #61 who stepped up also with a BONE stock 450R and held his own. Good job Terry. Third I heard YLW400 talk al this smack about beating #61 and he doesn't show. Travis I believe your right about who MX princess is but don't forget Benny has princess on the back of his helmet.
Hey JC sorry to here your clutch didn't come in. If you would have had the first moto of C you would have probally dominated. #5 did look pretty quick but you would probally have jumped to be faster. How about #57 being the hero of the second division. He had so many people cheering him on he had no choice but to win. #38 had to settle for 2nd at the state championship.
The Jumps were absolutely huge yesterday. The little table top in the bottom was the biggest going the other way. My thoughts in practice were how am I going to race this track. And then I remeberd that I signed up for B class. No doubt I was nervous but once the gate dropped It was like the top 5 I battled in C class at the begining of the year. Most threw the year like you 187.

Talked to the race director for Millers this eve. He said to get all the quads I could for the pro class and he would make it worth their while. So come on fellas. This is the last race for the season there. The more quads we have at this in either class is really gonna have an effect for next year there. It would be so nice to go somewhere where the quads are more accepted than the bikes. It also doesn't hurt that the race director has locked the pro quad points up for the year. Congrats Scottie Mac.

I was at Budds this past weekend....I think Sunday was better than Saturday.....I was kind of disapointed that there were no more quads there....I will probably go to Millers if there will be a good turn out.....What would be the best day to go and watch? I will not be 16 until December so I can't race until next year in C....I am going to all I can and learn as much as I can right now.....I am only about 5 miles from Budds....Millers wouldn't be to bad either to go to....I would like to hook up with some of you all this winter and maybe go to Del. and get some pointers and seat time....We have my quad just about ready to go...Just a few more minor things to get.....

AS long as you have a parent with you, your age won't matter. This is an outlaw arenacross. None of those silly *** rules. as a matter of fact, a 15 year old almost won the first moto in the pro quad class at the last race, but he got a little too greedy and hit a barrel in the last turn and choked out. Also ,Sat. seems to always draw the bigger crowds as alot of people can't get there in time on Fri. to practice. Gates open at 2:oo on both days for practice, which lasts until 6 or 6:30 so you get plenty of practice.

Scottie Mac
10-26-2004, 06:51 PM
To anyone thinking about coming to the Miller's races, let me first take a minute to say................. "Come on Down!!!!"

Yes, we try to cater to the quads. It helps that the race director (ME :D ) is a former quad rider. In talking to Twisted, he mentioned that there is a chance that A LOT of quads might be showing up. That would be great. I am lobbying to change the track for the better for next year. Whether or not that happens could depend on turn out for Saturday night's race. We have some pretty good talent that shows up from time to time, but I would love to get PGreg, Del152 and others from the D7 to attend. We have a pretty good pay out and no BS like you get at some of the other tracks in the areas. AND, there is something to be said about racing under the lights!

Good luck to everyone,
Scott

Practice will end at 6 PM SHARP this week. At the last race I had a few quads show up late and I was able to fit in a few laps, but we are expecting a large turnout this week, so I will probably strictly stick to the schedule. SO, if you want to practice, get there by 4:30 to ensure you will get at least one go round.

Good luck to everyone,
Scott
