Leaky Valve Cover

i bought a new gasket and got everything torqued down to the correst spec in the correct pattern but my 400 is leaking alittle oil just above the exhaust manifold outlet. I bought some HondaBond HT today. If i put a thin layer of it on the gasket will it help?

it should. i always put a real thin layer on both sides of vavle cover gaskets and dont have any problems with them leaking.
after you torque all the bolts down to the final spec. go back over all of them just to make sure they are all still at the correct torque and one didnt loosen after tightening down the other bolts.
