Anyone see their football game on ESPN2???? Simply amazing. #1 5a high school team in the nation... they play in a $2.2 mil stadium.... high school... wow.
The team they played has their own indoor practice facility, $1.4 mil.... high school...wow.
It was an awesome game though,

It was 52 to 27... Southlake Carroll won over Denton Ryan. They are 7-0 this year... and 38-1 since 2002.... WOW!

im guessing this is more in the dallas area, bc i havent heard of that team.......my old high school is a 5A but they are definitely not known for their football skills lol

up untill this year my old high school team only lost 3 games in the last 5 years.. this year so far we are 2-4 and 2 games left till the playoffs start and both teams are doing good this year so im sure we will lose both of them. i was watching some of that HS foot ball on espn last night, i cant remember the teams but one of them was the team that the movie "Friday Night Lights" was based off of.

Damn 2.2 million $$ stadium and indoor training stadium ???? Christ my old highschool couldn't even afford a football team .... and when we'd play football outside with gym class, we'd have to paint our own lines . But I guess thats what happens when you go to a highschool with 500 people .

As far as the $2.2 mil stadium, you forget what state it's in, haha! I just had to ignore my tact and throw that in, didn't think anyone would mind.

Canton Mckenly HS in ohio has a stadium that is lot more expensive to build than that!!!! Their stadiums seat some where around 40,000 people (yes that is as big as some pro stadiums) it is where the hall of fame game is played every year. The first pro game of the season!!!! I am sure it was paid for mostly by the NFL hall of fame is right beside it!!!

now that sounds a little more like my school. We are pretty small, less than 175, yet hardly anybody does sports. We suck at most of the sports we play. Our wrestling team and track team are about the only decent sports. Im getting ready to leave to play football, we play the 3 time defending state champs tonight. WOOHOO. btw our record in the past 2 years.......1-15
