I have removed the stock perch and am now scratching my head. The electrical peice I have circled, what the hell do I do with it? Just snip it? All I can figure is it is a neutral device for the stock perch.(?)

Any help is appreciated!

twist them together and tape them up ,thats what i did.

be carefull. with those two wires hooked together it will start in any gear.;)
