I would probably have to say the Laker Customs because I look the hood scoops in them and from the project 400ex it looks pretty nice ;)

But the fullbores are still really good quality... we have them on our 400

Laker offers Fullbore quality and fit with a lower price, plus they sponsor exriders, and you get 10% off by being a member. I just got my silver set 2 weeks ago and love them

I like fullbore more than the lakers. I think the air scoop on the fullbores look a lot better because they're split.

The both support EXriders.com in some way and they are both run by a good group of people that really care about their products and customers.

The quality of both is very similar, but I would definitely go with the Fullbore for XC riding because of the extra fender protection and additional mounting brackets. The Laker Custom fenders are stylish and work great for MX riding or dunes, but they are more streamline and offer much less mud protection.

If you ever purchase fenders from either manufacturer, let them know you are an EXriders.com member.

i vote laker custom. my cosuin got silver laker custom on his 440 and they fit nice and look great. when we went to the race for the first time with the platic by the time we were out of the truck there were 5 people stading around asking where he got them.

I plan on riding XC and just picked up a set of FullBores if that tells you anything.

I have had bad luck with laker. I am just running the fronts and after some crashes they are cracking very badly around the front mounts. They also white fade a lot, mine did just from my knees rubbing on them by the tank.

I would go fullbore, it seems more durable.
