I have a 2003 300ex. I was wondering what mods i should do next.

So far I have a Big Gun Full Race exhaust, k&N airfilter/prefilter, lsr axle, lsr a-arms +2+1, Elka Front and Rear Shocks, stock bore 11:1 compression piston, Curtis Sparks High box, Race Cam, Renthal Cr-High bend handlebars, 18 inch rear razrs on douglas shamrock beadlocks, 20 inch fornt razrs on douglas shamrock beadlocks, Hardkor Hubs fornt and rear, 13/36 gearing, Maier Silver Race plastic, denton steering stabilizer

i was just wanting to know what i should put as my next mods

ha, yes i can. Im not quite 16 yet and i pay for all my own stuff, got some pretty sick chit too...yfz450, 250x, crf50

but i would get a new swingarm first. I went through about 3 stockers before i decided to get a Burgard +2 on my 250x...I cracked one 3 weeks in a row....

I would say that you should save your money if you are going to get a yfz in july... no sense spending all of your money on your 300ex which wont be ridden once you get your yfz...just my opinion

Ya, you already got a pretty sick quad it sounds like, i'd just wait and put that money into the YFZ when you get it. You got any pictures of this quad? I'd like to see it! Sounds pretty sweet!

I have a question. Why would you put all of that money into a 300ex!!!? It would have been cheeper to just get a bigger quad!!!

wouldnt it been cheaper if you just got a bigger quad instead of spending all of your money on your 400ex?

i love my 300ex, and the 400ex

i never did all of the mods but i had a blast on it

i love seeing tricked out 300ex, warriors, mojava's, and even trailblazers.. it takes a lot of time and effort to get these bikes how you want them ... i got a lot of respect for you. alex a friend at church has a modifed trialblazer motor, frame and it is wicked fast it will keep up with me till i hit 4th gear then i pull away from him slowly..

post some pics.. i dont know anything else i would do to that 300ex maybe put some bling bling on it :huh :D

some people like modding there 300ex's. There is nothing wrong with it. I guarantee my 250x could spank alot of 400's, unless heavily modded for MX. Basically we enjoy modding our quads and lets leave it at that...

my 250, when it wasnt completley finished (but close)

Sweet 300! We've got a 300EX that MadMatt300EX is wanting to do some work on, but I hate for him to spend his cash on a 300EX because it is limited and ultimately will be money pit. However, the 300 is a bit smaller than a 400 and does fit him better.... That terrible "Catch 22"!! :D

haha, my first "sport" type quad was a trailblazer, i had a hot seat performance pipe and clutch kit, wiseco pro lite piston, 20" turf tamers on itp 190s, 21" fast trekkers on 190s cut off foot boards, 35mm flatslide carb, k&n air filter, jetted and some more junk

loved the wheeler to death but kept blowing it up, got rid of it, but still kinda miss it, it was a wheely machine when i was done.. never heard of any one really besides me who put money in a tb
