as a shelf piston no, they might make it for an engine builder to their specs. JE offers a 11.5:1 or a 13:1

I just got a stock bore 12.5:1 je piston from duncan for $195, however I think you will have to run a mixture of race fuel and premium, I am going to run 2 gallons of race to three of premium.
