Check out this oil line guard I made. I didn't want to weld it to the frame so I bolted on at the front motor mount, the lower mount and a beveled screw countersunk through the bottom of the skid plate.

Thanks.:) Its made of mild steel rod. Bought one of those compact benders from Harbor Freight and finally found a use for it! The guard is very sturdy with its 3 attachment points.

I forgot the individual prices of the chrome work. Probably 35 for the pegs. 25 for the brake and 35 for the pipe guard. (He just charged 45 to a friend of mine to chrome his pipe guard, he must have given me a "volume discount") I could have had a 440 kit and cam for what I have in chrome. I was just starting to ride again after a broken leg, so I was going for more show than go.

I did the same thing with my heat gaurd, but I just sanded off all the paint then polished it up, it looks really good.
