what the best you can do on that?and what do i have to do,just inside the rocker arms,and gaskets and bolt er' down?

That IS the best price. I do this for a living; sold over 30 heads just like this since Spring. Yes, install is easy. Remove the rocker cover and loosen cam tensioner. Tie cam chain up and remove cam and 4 bolts. Install new ahead and reassemble with cam lobes down and sprocket lines with head.

I will buy your stock head if you buy the Ported one assuming all valves and springs are installed.

Most likely you will need to adjust them after install. The shop manual gives the steps but it's fairly easy to do. You can get a set of feeler gauges at any auto parts store for a few $$.
