330 kit jetting (300ex)

im putting in a FST 330 sleeve/piston, mild webcam, port/polish and e-series head/muffler and k&n on my 300ex.

any jetting suggestions?

Are you using a stock carb?? Not sure about the jetting on that, I run a 400 carb w/ a 150 main in it?! I also have a 300 Dyno Jet kit I would like to sell also ;) if your interested!

thanks for the dyno offer but i have not heard good things about them. how do you think the 400 carb working for you? i was debating on trying one?:D

No prob on the jet kit :) I didn't have any problems w/ it but I didn't run it very long till I converted to the 400 carb. As for the 400 carb I LOVE IT!!!! I don't know if it was the porting work,cam,rockers or the carb or combination of all( I dind't run the stock carb w/ the cam,rockers,porting we did) but once I get about 1/2 throttle it just opens right up & SCOOTS!! I would recommend it especially w/ your mods, I'm getting ready to put a 81mm piston in mine & I think it's REALLY gonna be badd *** :devil: my son will be racing it & I hope he goes out & SPANKS the adults :macho Sooo good luck & LMK if you go w/ it :)
