Who did the conversion on the frame? How long ago? What color PC?

I'm not sure of the place's name, but the guy i bought it from said that it was done by the people who does the gusseting for Bill and Brandon Ballance's frames. I don't think it was done too long ago, it hasn't even been put back together since it was done. It is orange, there is a link to the pics in the first post.

Sorry Tampa, my comp. has been down. The stem does not come with a clamp or anything, it's just the stem itself.

The arms are not new, however they are like new and come with evrything needed plus a set of extra ball-joints.
