250 recon

is it possible to install 250ex, 350ex plastics on my recon if i take of racks, ect? is the 250ex the same frame and all?

Why screw around with all that? Just sell it and buy something new. It's not worth all the hassle and expense of buying new plastic.

to answer the question you wanted to know... yes they are the same frame and motor and arms etc.. i dont know if the plastic mounts the same places though... but like Bigdaddy said.. your probably better off selling that and buying a differnt quad

wrong same motor as the 250ex but completely differant chassis i have both sitting rigth here at the house and no the plastic are not just interchangeable it would take a ton of work to get palstics to fit the recon the seat is wider than the 250exs to so the rears forsure wont fit just drop your racks and it makes it look better

There is a difference in the motor. Honda made a new head design which makes the engine produce 10% more power.

u could take off the racks get a grab bar made and get braces 2 told the rear fender like i did from ur local weldin shop. Its defintly worth it and looks cool
