Hey guys i just wanted to know i want to get more power out of a 200s im thinking of boring it out im pretty sure the biggest pistion assembly you can buy for a 200s is 67mm bore i dont really know anything about this stuff just wanted to know if that would add more power and how many ccs would it push it up too.

Trying to over bore a 200s is a bad idea. The 67mm piston will only make it 204cc's and you won't feel that anymore then a fresh bore and piston. Only do the minimum you need to. There is a 12:1 piston you can get and that will help. You can also have you choice of a couple cams. I belive you can run an XR200 intake and carb on it too.

Check out www.3wheelerwordforums.com for the best advice you can get on a trike.

Good Luck

what year is yours?
I have 2 -84's still stock bore.
I use a 85' 200X carb and cam. wiseco 10.5:1 piston and DG pipe. and it's all the stock clutch can take.:(

There are a lot of them out there taking more than that. Some people build them and install them into 200x frames so they can have an auto-clutch sport machine.

I know what they do with them ;) but when we rebuilt the clutch it would still slip a little when I ran 22" tires but I never noticed it with 20"
