i took apart my axle carrier but i dont know tha brand of the carrier? could i just use stock bearing and seals or do i need a differant one?

By how wide the bearing is, measure it and post what you get.

i have nearly the same prob. where can you get bearings for a dual-row lonestar carrier.

so were can i get bearings for it. can i get bearings at the local parts shop even if i dont know the brand of the carrier? or what website?

If you have an aftermarket carrier thats lonestar try calling lonestar or go on their website and order the bearings. If you have and aftermarket carrier and its for honda most likely my guess is its lonestar anyways so call'em up and order some bearings.

allright i found a picture of a carrier that looks exactly like the one i have but im not sure if it is the right one.
if anyone has this type of carrier and has i laying around could u check and see if it has these specs?
the bearings black rubber outside says china 907257-RS RBI

the thickness is .785
inside diameter 1.575
outside diameter 2.440

If it has dualrow ball bearings you can use GM compressor bearings from your local hometown autoparts dealer.Take one of your old ones with you and try not to use china bearings the good ones are about $20.00 each.your can take a small pic and dig the side rubber seals out on the inside to help grease them if your carrier has grease zerts.but if you rider in alot water and mud its best to just replace them every year.
