Just got supertrapp ids 2 pipe. Its black kinda looks like cobra but man oh man the..

gains! I took it for a lap or two around the yard and i would kinda jab the throttle and the front wheels would want to hop. That might be nothin but it is Definately better than that huge fat stocker. Its black and looks like a cone sorta...i thought i was getting the aluminum lookin one..is this the newest style or something?? Anyway i rode it and it didnt seem to act different besides power so do i need to rejet? Thanx

I ran my 300 with a supertrapp IDS2 quite . it was great. I ran a 148 main jet (kehin) with a all around cam 8 one inch holes in the air box lid it had big time power:D

you didnt get the IDS2 then. What you bought was the 3 or 4" racing series. Glad to see ya like it though!

I put my stock pipe on so I could ride the river & a MichaelS693 wanted to borrow my supertrapp for his so I let him & we went over to put it on his bike. His bike is bone stock & we rode it around & then put the pipe on & man it was a huge power gain! O yea, I dont have the IDS 2, I have the 4 inch racing series with the bigger header pipe. I also re jetted it too. I put a 128 main jet in because with the stock 122 it cut out a bunch. But with the 128 it ran perfect.

yeah i love it i wanna get this guy we knows supertrapp (seth) becasue i love the sound and the power gain just think of wwhat a air filter would help

the pipe that come's for the 300ex is black . its come's with the complete system for the 300ex. the silencer is the same as the 400ex silencer it's brushed aluminum.:D

Is this the pipe you got? If it is, it's the Supertrapp 3" series. I love mine, great sound, and the power gains arn't that bad either.
