Stress crack on subframe mount

Just noticed after cleaning her up today that the tab that holds the bottom of the subframe to the frame is showing signs of a crack. The weld looks like it was done by a two year old, I mean there isn't much to hold it at all. Pretty disappointing. My 6 month warranty is up so I'm wondering if Honda will cover this. I don't ride it that hard and don't jump real high. Anyone else see cracks here? Check out the pic.

It's hard to see in the pic and there isn't a crack yet, but the tab bends in slightly and it looks stressed there. The other side doesn't look like this. Maybe I'm being paranoid.

Yeah it's real hard to see in the pics. The tab is bent in a little where it connects to the subframe, and the spot that's welded looks like it's going to come apart from the frame. I'm gonna keep an eye on it. I was mostly wondering if anyone else had seen a crack there since I've only heard of cracks in a couple other places, not there.

I got rearend buy my friend wdges tire btewwen subframe and axle, torn rear light wire harness appart and pollished the subfram but not one thing is bent, it hit hard enough to damn near send my over the bars
