yea there is, motorcycle oil has clutch lube mixed in the oil. You should never use regualr motor oil in any motorcycle engine. Hope that clears it up for you.

That's not entirely correct. Most car oils have friction modifiers in them that a wet clutch doesn't like. But there are some that do not have friction modifiers. The ones with friction modifiers are easily identifiable. They say "ENERGY CONSERVING" on the back. If they don't say that, then they will most likely work fine for a motorcycle/ATV. For instance I, and a bunch of others on this forum, have had great luck using the regular old Mobil 1 "Red Cap" automotive oil. I've been using it in my Raptor, my 416EX, and in my Magna for over a year now with no problems.
