Hi all,

this is my first post on the forum so I thought rather than asking a question, I could make my first appearance with a contribution, allbeit small.

Here's the tag bumper on my 400ex

in this pic, you can seen a DG mounted on the red 400 behind it.. just ignore the dune buggy in the right hand side of the pic.

So far so good. It replaced an AC bumber that "did it's job" and was mangled after finding a berm.

Installation was very easy and the fit was perfect. The bumper came with 4 allen-head bolts to hold it on, replacing the stock ones. The bolts, once installed are actually inset into the ends of the mounting points, which is nice. That keeps them out of the dirt (or sand in my case) and prevents the lower ones from getting hung up and possibly bent during riding.

The finish on the bumper itself is excellent. The finishi is mirror-like and even across the entire bumper. It essentially looks just like the photo above.

an interesting note here, the Tag logo on the front isn't just a sticker, it's actually a piece thin aluminum that has been relief stamped with the TAG logo and then silk-screen with the appropriate colors. It looks really nice on the front of the bumber, much better than a sticker, which will wear with time.

I know this is a long post for just a bumper, but in my view, information is power. So there ya go.
