New pipe?

I was wondering, since I live in an area of lots of houses, my DG closed circuit pipe isnt working with the neighbors. Im suprised i havent got a fine, or a visit from the police yet. But, I was wonderng, if I get a FMF Quiet power pipe and header, could I still use the same jetting?
