I am looking to upgrade the shocks on my 400EX. I see that I can get triple rate TCS w/o resevoirs for $300, but the ones with resi's are over $500. What are the advantages of resevoirs. I dont race just trail ride and play around on motorcross tracks. Else are there any good places that sell used shocks?

Thanks
Jason

It depends how you are money wise..if youve got the extra cash to spend then definitely get the rezzies. you will notice a difference. but for the type of riding you do, you may be fine w/o rezzies

also, some shocks let you add rezzies later.. in your case when you get the $$. im not sure about the tcs but i know some others do.
i would get them without for now till you get $$

Rezzies will keep the shock more cool during long periods of riding. If you were racing, rezzies would be of interest to you. If you just play around and not race competitively you should not need rezzies.

Hope this helps.

for just play/recreation i don't think i would get rezzy's unless you found a deal on them.
