HRC Cam or CRF450 Cam?

Just wondering what cam to go with. I will be doing riding on trails and track. I want an overall power change. I hear HRC is more on top but thats ok, pipe will compensate.

If those are you two choices then HRC you wont be loosing, much if any on the bottom. I don't have on personaly, but many others have said good things about the HRC. Plus with the kit you will get many other bolt-on that a cam alone cant get you. The HRC needle is a really big plus.
