Ok, heres a dumb question thats been burning in my skull for awhile now. I have a 11:1 86mm piston. Its one mm larger than stock. How many cc's does that make my 400 now? Also, since day one, a small amount of gas will fall back into my airfilter, is this common?

Thanks for your input fellas!

my 330 kit changes from 282 (74mm) to 330 (80mm) so your's should be about a 440 maby.

I beleive your right,,cuz an 87mm is a 416.

the gas in your air filter is probably from tipping the quad up and the gas in the float bowl is goin thru the carb back to the filter..

It's a 406cc. Because as RICO said a 87mm is a 416. And because RICO, and CHAD says it is!!!!!!!:devil

Ok, we dont have to get violent about this. lol

A 440 would be a 89mm? Is that right?

By the way, anyone gotta answer for the carb part of the question too?

I would say the gas in the airfilter is NOT normal. i tip mine all the time and i have never had that happen. maybe your carb isnt completely closing all the way????
