Yamaha introduced a WR450F 2 trac which is the first ever 2 wheel drive motorcycle. The article I red says its a beast in the sand and instead of u pushing through the sand it pulls you through it. Pretty inovative if you ask me :eek2:

thats realy cool, i just cant imagine how this thing knows when the rear tire is spinning? I guess it just kicks in at sudden rpm changes. Im looking foward to see this in action cause its pretty cool to see something new.

ive seen that in the dakar rally for about 2 years now or a year

i think ktm or some other company has a 2-trac system like that out, and has been out for a while.

The article in dirt rider said its the first 2WD production bike. The 2 wd ktms arent production :) . But I didnt say that so your right...
