250x jetting

i have a WB e-series full exhaust on my x and now that i added the header onto it it sometimes is hard starting. i mean it will kick over the first kick a few times, then when i go and start it again, it takes about 4 or 5 kicks to start. i know it is my jetting, so my question is, what is the best size jet to run with this exhaust.

Sorry can 't be much help, but my 250x seems to have similar symptoms. Once it is warm sometimes it is bear to get started, sometimes over 10 kicks.
Mine is stock with the exception of a open air box and K/N.
I pulled carb apart to clean and found out I already have a 135 main installed, and a 38 pilot, with needle on 4th notch.

when i put the cobra full system on my i just put 300ex carb on mine and it works great sometime mine is hard to start to
but when mine do's that it need a new plug

Try a 40 or 42 pilot for easier startup:D
