Full length skid plate...

I have a full length skid plate on my '01 440EX and it seems like it's high centering me a lot on objects larger than about 5 or 6". Is the added protection worth getting stuck repeatedly?

the skid plate should only ad about an 1/8th-1/4 inch to the bottom......and yes it's worth it....would you rather get off the quad and move it or would you rather push it home and order new cases for hundreds of dollars
