My tool box:cool: I hope I never have to haul it back in. It took four guys to get it up the ramps into the trailer and back out:eek:
Its full, guess how much it weighs going across the scales.

Your half way there. The box and side cabinet empty weigh almost 1800. then add in a fourteen year collection of tools and 2 inch slab of maple that covers the top of the box. it weighed in at 3200 and some change at the DOT scale house. I have $28,000 in reciepts plus the box, and my insurance rider for it at home was an additional $350 a year on my homeowners policy. The underwriter is coming out tommorow to inventory it and finish up the policy.

I got a lateral transfer at work, I quit wrenching and started as a service consultant in August. The money is about the same if not a little more. But more importantly its the last step I need to take before managment.

I dont have any plans to work on anything at home but my families cars. (I'm just about sick of working on cars) It sure is nice have them home for the quads and stuff though.;)

LOL I'm having a vinyl graphic made for it like the one on Jesse James' box. "NO TOOLS LOANED" to go across the top front of the box.

Thanks, and the only thing that has went bad on it was the battery. I just bought a new one two weeks ago. If Dan cant get it to run check the auto choke, I hear they go tits up and need to be replaced.

Thats cool that you got a good deal on the box. Since I am still in school I get a 50-60% discount for most Snap On tools. I am planning on buying 2 of the $3000 sets for less than the price of one. That's the nice thing about Snap On tools, great resale ;) But I am probably going to buy a craftsman or mach box because SO boxes are to much for my teenage arse right now, way to many debts started already.
