Jetting Sound Ok

I have 400ex with a R-4 full system and run it with the stock air filter with lid off. I have the carb with a main jet of 168 and everything else is stock. (dont know how to change anything else) Does this sound ok??????
I live in Wisconsin around Green Bay. Is the fuel screw the idle adjustment, too?

go buy a new plug. ride it for about 30-45 min and take it out. if its a chocolate color your good. if its black or dark, your rich. if its white or really really light then your lean

i would try around a 158-160. you may want to put a 42 or 45 pilot jet in for easier starting. you may even want to lower the needle clip one position too, especially for the colder months.
