Chain adjustment / Tucker Proarm

Okay guys, here is your chance to show that I'm stupid.

I'm buggered if I can do it easily.

I loosen both bolts at the rear of the swinger, put 2 well fitting screwdivers in the holes at the rear for leverage, but cannot twist the carrier.

Try taking the bolts all the way out. :confused: Does it go forward at all?
